The Directors of Electrade New Zealand and Carrel & Carrel Limited are pleased to announce the amalgamation of the two companies to form Carrel-Electrade Limited.
Launching on the first of October the merger brings together two previous competitors with complementary strengths.
Carrel-Electrade will incorporate the electrical manufacturing expertise of Carrel & Carrel and the sales network of Electrade.
The new company will continue to supply the industry with a wide range of products from well respected brands. In addition the new company will continue to manufacture the Carrel brand of products.
